Jay serves as a Managing Owner of True Wholesale Houses. Since 2003 Jay has served on the Board of Directors of Silverado Group and other Affiliated Companies of Silverado Group. Jay is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the States of California, Oregon and Mississippi. Jay is also a licensed Mortgage Banker in the State of Oregon.

Michael Hanks

Michael serves as one of the Managing Owners of True Wholesale Houses, LLC. Michael has over 8 years experience with banking and the development and implementation of banking software. Early in his career he developed installment and commercial loan systems for Software Alliance. Mike was the lead innovator in porting over 5,000 programs from a proprietary computer platform to Unix based machines, and eventually was director of the Portland Division for Software Alliance, which was accountable for small-to-mid size banking clients in the North American Region.

Brad Miller

Brad is currently the President and CEO of Madison Capital LLC, a real estate investment company in Jackson, Ms. Madison Capital LLC focuses on foreclosure investing and property management. Since 2000, Brad has been the principal in over 500 real estate transactions that range from $5,000 to $200,000. Through his knowledge and expertise, Brad has developed an innovative marketing strategy that puts him at the forefront of the real estate investment world.

Michael Collins

Michael is a team member for True Wholesale Houses, LLC. Since 2003, Michael has been investing in all facets of real estate. During this time, Michael also obtained his Loan Originating License and has extensive experience in the lending field. Michael has developed key strategies in property management and currently manages over 150 residential homes in the Jackson Mississippi area.

Lorne Shive

Lorne is currently the President and CEO of LCS Companies, LLC, a real estate investment company in Memphis, TN.
